Lets give you the low down on what the application process looks like at NEXT!
APPLICATION: Once you've applied through our careers site and sent across your details the ball starts rolling immediately!
*Some roles ask for you to complete one of our live coding challenges. TIP: Sometimes our emails get hidden in your spam folder so don't panic if you don't see an update from us, always check your spam just in case!
SCREENING: The Tech recruitment team will give you a call to get to know you better and see if you'll be a great fit for the role whilst sharing more about NEXT Technology, what it's like to work here and the office environment.
INTERVIEW: After a successful screening call, your Recruiter will invite you to an in person interview, or a virtual interview - we use Google Meet! Depending on the role - there will be an invitation to attend a second stage interview, your Recruiter will discuss this with you to ensure you are best prepared.
OFFER: At the end of the interview process we hope for it to result in an offer!

Interviews
A lot of our interviews are onsite, your Recruiter will guide you through this by sharing relevant maps and information with you.

For virtual interviews, we use Google to conduct both our telephone and video interviews so you can interview with us from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection!
Our interview invite also contains virtual interview hints and tips to help you get the most out of the interview process and ensure you put your best foot forward!
What happens next?
At the end of the interview process we hope to have an offer!
Your Technology Recruiter will put the call in to offer you the role and share all of the information about the starting salary and our other fab NEXT benefits!
We send our offers out electronically so sit and wait for your emails to come through - there will be quite a few including credit and criminal to name a few!
Your Career at NEXT
Whilst working your notice period, your new Line Manager will be in touch to congratulate you and bring you up to speed with what's happening in the team.
You will then start to receive invites to the Head Office company induction as well as the Head Office tour session! All to help onboard you to NEXT whilst learning about our great business.
