Holidays
Employees are entitled to a minimum of 25 days paid holiday leave, which rises with service to 31 days (pro rata for part-time staff/new starters) This is in addition to Bank Holidays.

Management share options*
Given the choice to opt in and be awarded Management Share Options each year. The options will mature and become exercisable 3 years after they are granted and there will be a further 7 years within which to exercise, subject to continued employment at NEXT.

Once a year, the Company may invite staff to join the Company's Sharesave scheme, a risk free savings plan over, either 3-5 years, where staff can save anything between £5 to £250 per month
