If I'm successful with securing a role with NEXT, when would my first pay day be?
Our pay day at NEXT lands on the 26th of each month, where pay day falls on a weekend you will be paid on the Friday before.
I applied for a role 15 days ago but haven't heard back yet - when will I hear?

What do pay rises look like?
We regularly do salary reviews and your manager will work closely with you when you start to set objectives together.
How do I get my NEXT discount card?
Your security pass doubles up as your discount card too so as soon as you receive the email from Site Security asking you for a photo to go on your card, pop one over! Until your actual card arrives, you'll be given a visitors pass but you can't use this in stores.
Do I need to use a certain browser to complete the coding challenge?
No! Any browser does the trick. Bit of advice though, try and complete it in a quiet room so you can concentrate as we don't just look to see if your code complies, we look at the time it took to complete too!
How do I accept my terms and conditions on my offer letter?
Everything is online! Your T&C's will be emailed to you the day after your offer letter so keep an eye out!Â
Do I need to complete any checks before starting with NEXT?
After receiving an offer to join NEXT, you will be asked to complete our credit and criminal checks as well as supplying your reference details. They are very quick and simple! For further information on this, reach out to your Technology Recruiter.
